General description of the position

The Helmand base has 120 staff and 5 main projects, with a budget of around 5 million USD. The primary donors are ECHO, UN-OCHA and GAC.

The Field Manager has overall responsibility for the programme team and directly supervises Project Managers for Health, WASH, ERM and Protection, as well as the MEAL supervisor.
