Working with Action contre la Faim in the field means getting directly involved in our programmes in the heart of populations affected by hunger and humanitarian crises. Our activity relies on the dedication of our locally recruited colleagues, who represent the vast majority within our field teams and provide precious expertise anchored in the reality of the local context.
We also recruit professionals for international missions to support the local teams. These posts – often revolving around coordination, technical support and project management tasks – require sound knowledge of humanitarian activity, solid skills and a strong ability to collaborate with others in challenging environments.
Every mission is a collective one. Whether your field is nutrition, mental health, access to water or logistics, you will be contributing to concrete action that aims to fulfil the most vulnerable populations’ essential needs.

All of our humanitarian missions are backed up by the skills of our office-based teams in Montreuil, Île-de-France. Communication, finance, human resources, information systems, logistics, legal… Every support role plays an essential part in guaranteeing the quality, impact and sustainability of our field programmes.
Working in our offices means being part of a dedicated, action-oriented collective. It means participating in strategic reflection, supporting operational teams and helping to constantly improve our practices.
