Remote Working at Action contre la Faim
Our remote working policy sets out clear, fair, voluntary remote working arrangements for employees based in our offices.

An open, voluntary, reversible remote working arrangement
Remote working is available to all employees in our offices, including interns, individuals on a work-study scheme and civic service volunteers. The remote working policy is based on three concepts:
- Voluntariness: each employee can decide whether or not they wish to work remotely.
- Reversibility: the remote working arrangement can be ended at any time, in accordance with the defined terms.
- Fairness: employees’ rights are the same, regardless of whether they work remotely or on ACF premises.
A clear and structured arrangement
Remote working may be regular or a one-off, depending on needs and circumstances:
- Regular remote working: up to 100% of the time, with in-person working time defined according to the post’s requirements.
- One-off remote working: due to personal reasons, strikes, episodes of high pollution, health situations, etc.

Each request is studied based on:
- The post’s requirements
- The employee’s autonomy
- The material conditions
- Compatibility with the department’s organisational needs
Mandatory in-person time with colleagues
Because human connection is still essential, we organise in-person time at our offices. including:
- An average of 3 days per month for team meetings, group events and onboarding time
- Time for exchange, team building and prevention of psychosocial risks
Adapted provisions and fair conditions
- Up to €75 fixed allowance per month towards internet connection, electricity, home office expenses
- 50% of expenses for equipment (furniture, installation) up to €200
- 50% of transport passes (SNCF, RATP, etc.)
