RECRUITMENT AND MOBILITY TEAM RECEIVES APPLICATIONS AND CONTACTS SELECTED CANDIDATES

Your application will be analysed in terms of the essential criteria for the post, and if your profile is selected, you will be contacted by the Recruitment and Mobility team. Once the prerequisites for the post have been verified, an HR interview will be organised.

HR INTERVIEW

This interview aims to assess your interest in the post and our organisation, analyse your career and professional goals, and evaluate whether or not your skills suit the post.

TECHNICAL SKILLS EVALUATION AND INTERVIEW WITH LINE MANAGER

You may be asked to take a technical evaluation, so that your knowledge and skills can be assessed, through a test and/or a technical interview with an expert. If the technical assessment is successful, a final interview will be organised with your would-be manager, so that you can discuss your potential future in the post and in the organisation.

REFERENCE CHECK

For all posts, references will always be required from a manager or head of HR at your old employer. You will be asked for their contact details at the start of the recruitment process.

HR onboarding for the smoothest possible induction

Onboarding at Action contre la Faim begins before you take up your post, with access to our e-learning course so that you can get to know the organisation better.

Once you arrive, your line manager and team will support you as you get used to your post, tools, procedures and working conditions, so that you can adapt as easily as possible.

You will also be invited to take part in an onboarding session, designed so that you can get familiarised with our culture, values and way of working together.
